you should use limewire it is legal and you can download all that stuff except games and idk about movies

iPod can only support mpeg4 vidownload music videos for free for ipoddeo. You will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you to convert dvds and video into mp4 or h264 format, add them into itunes library, then sync to ipod,the following is a good tool for it.
