It's so random I was just wondering. I looked up lyrics online and none have it and when they preformed at the cmas they don't have it.......
I think it's "do you ever spend" and yeah I've heard it too and wondered what in the heck it's for. So random, and, quite honestly, ruins the song in my opinion.

It isn't a song. It's just like a little extra thing he does at the end of 3 songs. All 3 of the songs were released before the entire album came out, so it's like a little perk to kinda make people think different things about the general title of the album "This is Country Music" hence that being the first song on the album also. i have the CD and if u listen to it straight through with the song that comes on next it all makes sense lol that part goes with the song "Working On A Tan"
the one at the end of "Old Alabama" goes with "A Man Don't Have to Die"
and the one at the end of "Life's Railaway to Heaven" is just an outro of the CD
Uh, the only ending I know is "You'd wake up in my old t-shirt... All those mornings I was late for work... Remind me, remind me." I don't know where you heard those lyrics at but maybe you just misunderstood the words which happens a whole lot with songs...
