Got a new laptop, dell latitude e4310, downgraded it to win xp, some drivers were not put back.
Have managed to put all of them back except "broadcom ush." I checked the downloads page on dell support and drivers but i dont see any that say broadcom.
Any help is greatly appreciate dand thanks in advance. Best answer lands the 10!

If you are using a DELL computer, her's how.
For Latitude EXX00 and EXX10, you may try to download Broadcom Security Device Driver Package under DELL Control Point (DCP).
For Latitude EXX20, download the Driver Package for Dell Data Protection Access (DDPA).
You may use DDPA for EXX10 though.
