My PC disk drive does not work so i deciede to dowload it and i cant find it all i could find is those tupid torrents

The only way is torrents. Thdownload full game halo pcese are the best ones I use.

I havnt tried it myself but maybe you should look into direct download options for purchased content on gamestop.com you can purchase the games online and then diredownload full game halo pcctly download it from the site. I'm unsure as to what games they currently have available so you would have to check for yourself.
I seriously doubt you're going to find a direct download link...
