software oem downloadBuying OEM Software online, download only version; Is it legal?

I heard that buying OEM is legal while some hardwares are included. To cover this one may include a Y-Cable etc and it's legal.
But is it legal to buy download only version of OEM Software by online? As they say nothing about including hardware?
OEM software is legal so long as you are building your own system. The primary difference between OEM software and retail software is that OEM software comes with no support, the OEM, or purchaser of the software and builder of the system(that is, you) is responsible for all support for the end productsoftware oem download(that is, your computer).

I'm fairly certain the whole "You can buy it as long as we sell you a pack of screws to go with it" thing is just a contract term between microsoft and the various retailers to limit the sale of the cheaper OEM software. Or maybe even just an attempt by the higher ups in the stores themselves.
I want to buy some software Corel Designer http://www.forpc.in/brand/corel/ here, tell me how this is legal?

It should be purchased with hardware, but it probably is not software oem downloadenforced unless someone reports them.
Microsoft insist that OEM operating systems be sold with an item of hardware. Other Microsoft software, and all software from other manufacturers, is available without this restriction.
OEM software is normally only software and nothing else, unless it is packaged as a kit of some kind with hardware included. If that was the case it would be shipped to your house with the hardware included. They aren't normally separated from each other. OEM doe not necessarily mean Microsoft products.
