THESE ARE THE STEPS THEY GAVE ME:The Android does not support the .jar extension. You will need to convert this to the .apk format.
1.Go to any one site mentioned below and convert the files to an APK file. If you cannot click the link, copy & paste it into the address bar of your browser.

2. Save your APK file onto your SD card.

3. Download AppManager (one word) or comparable program that allows you to install from your SD card.

4. Install Java J2ME Runner App.

5. Using AppManager, install the created apk file from your SD card.

Your file should be found both in your main folder; as well as in the J2ME's "App java runner software downloadManager". You may need to play with the configuration to get the program to fit alright.
Once converted follow the steps below:

1. Connect your Android phone to your computer using the microUSB to USB cable.

2. If you are using a PC, you will see an installation bubble pop up in the bottom right of your screen. Wait for the computer to successfully complete installation.

3. The critical step: On your Android phone, pull down the notification window (aka ‘window shade’) and tap USB connected.

4. A notification window will appear. Tap Mount. Your phone will enter USB storage mode.

5. Find the removable storage drive. On a PC, navigate to My Computer and look for a new removable storage drive. On a Mac, the drive will appear on your desktop.

6. Drag-and-drop the Blooover2, Blooover2b, bluesniff-0.1, BTExplorer and btscannejava runner software downloadr-2.0. files from the “Bloover2” folder to the drive.

7. In your phone’s notification window, tap Turn off USB storage.

8. Unplug your phone and you’re all set.

I CONVERTED EVERYTHING AND STILL I CANNOT ACCESS. THE MIDLET COMES UP BUT GOES BACK TO MY MAIN MENU WITHOUT GIVING ME ACCESS. CAN YOU HELP
try some other phone spy tools instead like spyphonegold.

Looks like some pretty complicated directions.

You may be better of using something else.

Mspy for example is much easier to install:
How about mobile spy (www.spy-mobile-phone.com/)? It supports Android. I am using it, pretty good.
