I am looking in downloading antivirus software for mac, please tell me where and what can I download for free that has no spyware on it and is safe to use. Thanks
There are no MacOs X viruses. That is why most Mac users do not use an anti-virus program. The last Mac virus was 3 years ago and a whole 49 Macs got it world-wide. Anyone who tells you that there are current released MacOs X viruses does not know what they are talking about. The anti-virus listed above is a valid one, it works quickly because there aren't any to find and only works on Leopard. There is another free one called ClamXav, it takes awhile to run because it also searches for the 1,000,000 Windows viruses out there. The main reason Mac users use an anti-virus is so they don't accidentally email or send a Windows virus to a Windows user. You cfree antivirus software downloadan't catch anything on a Mac by opening an email or visiting a website. The 7 known Mac trojans all require you to download them, install them and activate them with your admin password. There is a fake Mac anti-virus, a fake Mac Malware remover, a fake Mac poker game, a fake Mac porn viewer, and a fake Mac HD video player. The other 2 trojans are in illegal downloads via torrents of iWorks 09 and Photoshop CS 4. So if you don't get tricked, if you don't download illegal software, you have nothing to worry about. Just take the time to be smart and you won't have to slow your Mac down with software of little use.

I got it my self and works Fine ...
I learned the hard way to not trust any of the free antivirus programs, they usually turn out to be malware and do more harm than not having protection to start with, take my advice and buy the good stuff from one of the big companies, Norton, McAffee etc...
At least you believe that a mac also can get viruses.
Many try to tell us, that a mac cannot get a virus.
Why then this program, when a mac cannot get a virus

free legal music downloads for ipodsWhere can I find legal and free music downloads for ipods?
I don't want limewire. I need something else. I don't want to have to put in personal info. And I want it to be free!
airmp3.com
but some songs don't work
I was going to ask the same question but I saw your question. I just wanted to know if that website he gave u was real. (airmp3.com). my mom wont let me use limewire.the email is, ganioclg53194@hotmail.com. thanks!
limewire does screw up ur computer SO TRUE! I'M TRYING TO FIND A SITE THAT U CAN DOWNLOAD DIRECTLY FROM!
Free music ISNT legal.
And never get limewwire. IT WILL screw up your computer.
You can get "RadioRiper&quofree legal music downloads for ipodst; software and then use Winamp to download streaming music from the internet. This is slower than Limewire and you never know what you'll get. But it is free and legal. You will also probably get some commercials and stuff, but that's always at the beginning and ending of your songs. This is NOT and I'll say again NOT illegal. It's the same as recording movies from TV.
Do a Google search for 'Podsafe Music' you'll find hundreds of sites with songs from independent bands you can download for free legally. To get songs from major label artists you have to pay to download legally.
That is NOT POSSIBLE all free music is illegal. If you want legal music you havefree legal music downloads for ipods to PAY for it.
Go to and start downloading music right away. The excitement our family shares for music is now truly unlimited thanks to the incredibly easy-to-use Music Downloads Membership.
I like eMusic. Its much cheaper (as low as 22c per track) than iTunes and you get an introductory 25 downloads for free no obligations. Unlike other sites there are no restrictions on the MP3s so you can burn and transfer them as many times as you like. They have a huge catelogue of over 2.5 million and the site is set out in a way thet helps you discover new music.

free ringtonesFree ringtones?
Are there any sites for free ringtones where you don't have to use the internet on your phone to get them? Also, i don't have a cable to transfer the ringtones from my computer to my phone. So is there anyway I can still get the absoloutley free ringtones??
you can make ur own using wavepad
u can go to myxer.com and get absoulutely free ringtones, wallpapers, videos,an… games!
<a href="http://www.ventones.com"… Ringtones from Ventones</a> free ringtones
Yes, you can go to a website called phonezoo.com. No it is not a scam. It actually works pretty good. you do have to sign up but, that only takes about 2 or 3 minutes
The only one that I have found that was COMPLETELY free was zedge.net they have ringtones, games, themes, videos, etc. All free. It gives you the choice to send it to your phone or download to your computer. It always lets you add your own content to the free ringtoneswebsite.
Do not use zedge,
it gives you viruses and tries to hack into your computers system.
be careful about the whole free ringtones thing cause it might say its free but next thing u no ur bill is like $500...but there was a site where u can get free ring tones but i forgot wat my friends told me...if i find out i'll tell u
the ones that came on your phone are free....use one of those
