You can try limewire.com, but please take note that those site are illegal and those free site are usually contains virus and it will just crash your system.
it is really up to you if you chose to do so.
You can also register at itunes.com and pay approx. $1 per sfree downloads for ipodong, $5 and above for movie.

For music and videos you can use Limewire. If you have a good anti-virus software then you won't get viruses.
For games, you need to use iTunes.
