I'm trying to download the free trial of windows office but about 4 minutes before it's done, it says I need to close safari. I have closed all of my safari windows and then clicked continue, but it keeps tellingsafari software downloads for windows me to close safari! I even tried restarting my computer and doing it again without even opening safari. I have checked everywhere and I don't have any safari windows open (except for now obviously).
Ctrl+alt+ deletsafari software downloads for windowse and open task manager... The go to processes, find safari.exe and click end process. That should do it.
Cntrl Alt Delete and start task manager and click on the open safari And click end task
