I see people producing video for Utube, Bebo et cetera. Is there a source of music which is entirely free without restrictions or come backs? Most royalty free websites are not royalty free and are for personal use not public broadcast.

considering the majority of music on Limewire is illegal.
Search for music that is licensed using Creative Commons BY as this means you can use if for commercial reasons. The catch: you have to attribute the track in the manner set out by author/licensor
